Event Coordinator

North Putnam High School

Qualifications:

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of athletic events and will work with the Athletic Director by completing certain tasks that will contribute to the effectiveness of the overall athletic program.

Responsibilities: 

Prepares Facility for Events

Greets and Hosts Officials

Greets and Hosts Visiting Teams

Supervises Events

Collects Tickets

Collect Concessions and Admission Boxes 

Administrative Duties as need

Starting Date: 

Sports Season

Last Day for Completed
